Repeating the luciferase assay


  • I repeated what I did yesterday using strains 1 and 3.



  • This time, after four hours at 37°C, I extracted the plasmid using the Roche kit.



  • Tubes were stored at my place by the name: lucif. Mariana 1 and 3 respectively.
