Let's get it started with luciferase!!! Today, I arrived early to inoculate the strains that Zepeda had previously transformed and plated so that I could extract the plasmid. The medium used was liquid LB (4ml) with kanamycin (4μl). I got confused and I need to repeat the experiment tomorrow :(
