July 16, 2013 MHA Day Two Procedure Originally outlined on 05/24/2013, updated 07/12/2013 <br.> Following samples of silica-coated nanoparticles made: 5uL TES, MHA 10uL TES, MHA 15uL TES, MHA 20uL TES, MHA TEM measurements to be taken at NIST on Thursday 07/18/2013 Sample Prep: AuNP@SiO2 Dilutions All dilutions made in PBS.<br.> Silica-coated AuNPs from 06/20/2013 5uL TES, MHA Original 10x diluted 100x diluted 1000x diluted Silica-coated AuNPs from today 5uL TES, MHA; 10uL TES, MHA; 15uL TES, MHA; 20uL TES, MHA Original 10x diluted 100x diluted 1000x diluted 10nm AuNPs Concentrations determined by [theoretical] resulting AuNP concentration in solution of silica-coating procedure 1nM 0.5nM Absorbance measurements of all samples to be taken tomorrow.<br.>
