miRNA Extraction and Purification

- Used 3ml QIAzol
- First centrifugation step needed (step 9)
- Supernatant for tube 1->yellowish after 2nd centrifugation
- After MiniPrep tube 1 looked fine-pooled both tubes
- DNA yield: ~34ug
