Bioanalyzer for Ambion & Qiagen FFPE Kits
First chip did not run -> voltage problem
- Test plates OK
- V=IR; V=Q/(eA/d) (V=Q/C) so...Q & I are fine, problem with loading gel (dialectric)
- Chip pressurizing syringe changed
- Small RNA assay very temperamental according to Agilent
Make sure: no bubbles, liquid at bottom of wells Suggestion: practice loading technique on sample known to contain purified small RNAs; practice with another chip
