Qiagen FFPE Kit Three samples -> duodenum, kidney, liver
- Duodenum->small pellet, not as turbid as kidney and liver when adding to gDNA column
- Used the higher amount of the two
- Protocol changed at step 15 -> add 1120/1750 EtOH to flowthrough from step 14
- Elute with 30ul RNase-free water
- Duodenum and liver yield good (~300ng/ul), kidney not so much
Homogenizer being sent back
