Objective BSA +DYE second batch make concentration curve on fluorescence, fluorescence the new sample and record data compare with data on february 21. Hopefully, it is similar. second batch dye did not separate properly so we did not take fluorescene changed water again and let sit till tom BSA + DYE + GOLD 1st batch take uv to find the concentration of dye in the bsa + gold Description Data Notes remade nano particles left in oven over week with a 60:1 ratio gold deposits results. deposition occurred 6nm shift for bsa+day and 3nm shift for AUNP + DYE
