02/09/11 ✓ miR sensor transfections: Check for expression; set up selection plates ✓ U2OS: split cells 1:10 and 1:20 miR sensor transfections > Expression: U2OS plain transfected pretty well. RFP and CFP appear mostly as expected with a quick glance. Set up zeo selection plates (25 ml plates) for all 6 samples 1/2 total cells + 400 ug/mL zeocin 1/4 total cells + 400 ug/mL zeocin JDS33-47 mostly dead. Redo transfection with higher plating density next time
