Methods

  1. Repeat elongation procedure from 03/28/12:
    1. Mix 3 μL AuNP/TS primer, 0.5 μL 50x dNTP mix, 16 μL sterile water, 2.5 μL 10x PCR buffer, and 2 μL cell extract in a PCR tube.
    2. Incubate in an oven at 30°C for 30 min.
    3. Store in refrigerator.
  2. Take UV-vis data of samples:

  3. Take emission fluorescence data of samples (excited at 515 nm):
