Methods

  1. Dilute molecular beacon to 1 mL with 10 mM tris buffer (pH 7.5).
  2. Add 6.10 μL molecular beacon to solution from 03/28/12.
  3. Incubate in oven at 37°C for 1 hr.


Calculations

1 μL primer * (1 L/106 μL) * (1.00*10-4 mol/1 L) * (1 molecular beacon/1 primer) * (1 mL/16.4*10-9 mol) * (1000 μL/1 mL) = 6.10 μL molecular beacon
