Transfer Thawed (0), TC1Alpha(2) 65% confluent T-25 flask. Cells passaged from thawed (9/5). Transfer cells into one well in a 6 well plate. Used Protocol: Splitting Cells Volumes changed: 2 mL PBS, 0.5 mL Trypsin, 3.5 mL DMEM. 4 mL transferred into 1 well. Cells to be grown in 10cm dishes after confluence with well.
