The stock solutions we made with the following concentrations

  1. BSA
    1. 20.7 mg in 25mL of water ---> 12.46 μM
  2. Invertase
    1. 67.5 mg in 25mL of water ---> 10 μM
  3. Gold
    1. Need 50mL of 2.5mM
    2. 50.7 mg of HAuCl4·3H2O in 50mL water --> 2.574 mM
