PCR Results
Well the results are in. Nothing happened in all but two lanes. In the 1mM reaction, there was some of each product. In the 1.5mM reaction there was some of the 3kb band, but not nearly as much as there was of the 4.4kb band. This is finally good enough to move on. Hooray! See below.
