Primers

Initial work didn't go so well as Primer3 couldn't find suitable primer pairs, but I think I found a decent pair manually.

Forward Primer:

  • GGATCTCAACAGCGGTAAG - located between 701 and 751. It is 19bp long and melts at like 61C.

Reverse Primer:

  • CTTCCAGATCGTTGGACAG - located just beyond 201. It too is 19bp long and melts at 61C.

Total product length equals 4087bp.
