Tethering

Just when something works, something else fails. Finally we get a usable laser and now we can get tethering to work. What the fuck is up with ABQ? I can't stand it.

I'll just have to switch to DNA unzipping instead of tethering.

Something good?

We got something that looked like DNA stretching (but not overstretching. We only got it once though.

I don't get why the beginning of the plot looks the way it does (every tethered particle had that profile while stuck beads had a normal DOG). The it goes into the stretching and then the bead breaks off and we get free bead in the trap. Looks promising to me.
