Some quick notes:
- Visualize QDs on slide (I've done this before but I should do again)
- Mix QDs with lambda DNA and place on slide as is
- qds and lambda DNA purify in column and then place on slide
- For both this and the previous one I can also try to stain with yo-yo to see if I can see coupled qds.
- figure out what to do next
I need to find time for this project.
