Here we go again: {{#widget:Google Spreadsheet |key=tocYFKFQ3BBLO5oAHi3ogjQ |width=500 |height=300 }} {{#widget:Google Spreadsheet |key=tW3R6a1SiJF6Ps3wyfX29cw |width=500 |height=300 }} This time I get to use Osley's PCR machines which are better than the one we have. I am doing a gradient of divalent cations (MgCl2) ranging from 1.5mM-4mM in increments of 0.5mM. Since I have to do a little transportation, I will bring laptop coolers that contain my master mixes and tubes of water and MgCl2 and my new Taq. I will begin the protocol process at 4 and leave tentatively at 4:30 and make my way over to Osley lab for PCR dropoff at 5pm! Tomorrow morning I will pick them up and return here with the goods.
