I kinda messed up in that I added 2.5ul of Adapter insead of the 2ul I had planned. This isn't a huge deal since it allows me to put in more than what is needed.

- 60' - added 2.5ul more
- 90' - added 2.5ul more
Next Time
Tomorrow I will run a gel of the results and pray to the biology gods that there is successful ligation.
