Results

Now I will have no clue if this actually worked or not, but if it did I should have equal numbers of capped pBS with a SapI overhang. I ran the DNA through a Qiagen PCR cleanup kit. I eluted in 30uL of EB. Nanodrop results:

• 19.6ng/uL - tube 1
• 22.4ng/uL - tube 2

I want to just combine the two tubes but will wait on that.
