So this picture looks bad because Kelly was showing me where to make the slices, and then I squirted Ethanol all over it. But you can see there are bands. What those bands mean is up for debate, but at least one of the bands in each lane is a ligation event. But there is only one real way to find out. Time to unzip!

First I need to gel purify those suckers, then time to unzip.
