This is a new solution (for me) that we made to STOP the lyticase enzyme from completely destroying the cells. Call it PK for short

Procedure

Need:

• 50mM EDTA
• 0.3% SDS
• 0.01% Proteinase K

To make 25mL:

1. from 500mM EDTA take 2.5mL
2. from 10% SDS take .75mL
3. from 21 mg/mL stock of Proteinase K take 119uL (need 2.5mg)
