BSA UV-Vis 160913

  1. Samples did not form nanoparticles correctly here.
  2. Samples were remade as described here.
  3. Samples were put into the fluorimeter and analyzed.
  4. Analysis is below.

Results 160913

Similarly to the last class, the pH 11-12 solutions were more clear than pH 4-10. They still had much lower absorbances. The pH 4-10 samples had similar peak absorbances across the fluorescence spectrum scan (200-800 nm). The A(530) of pH 4-10 samples was also found to be similar across all samples.
