Objective Add sodium montmorillonite with the PVA Description same as previous time Data Everything got clogged today. Briefly tried method used in previous year of dropping PVA with clay directly into an ethyl acetate bath and then adding gluteraldehyde to crosslink. Used 0.1M sodium bicarbonate to quench reaction. This did not work - would form one large particle instead of many small beads Notes
