Objective

  • Prepare standard solutions using the stock solution.
  • Run the ICP on the prepared solutions.

Description

  1. Samples were added to the ICP machine and then run until completion at which point the tubing was cleaned with HPLC grade water and 10% HCl solution.

Data

Calculate the concentration of standard

  • (100 μg/mL)(1 mL/1.036)= 96.5ppm
  • Has density of 1.036g/mL
  1. Newly made solutions
