1. Place PDMS chips and glass upside down inside Plasma Cleaner
2. Close with cap and hold it while turning on the vacuum pump
3. Wait for 1 min until vacuum is created
4. Turn on plasma cleaner
5. Place the switch in "high"
6. Open the small valve for 5 seconds and close the valve
7. A purple light should appear
8. Wait for 1 min
9. Take chips out and place glass on chips
