M9 1L


Disolve 3.992 g of Aspartic Acid in 200 ml of M9 Salts (5x), and filter in a 1L bottle.

Add

  • 10 ml 20% w/v Glucose
  • 10 ml 0.1M MgSO4 ......... 1 ml 1M MgSO4
  • 1000 μL 0.1M CaCl2

Fill the bottle with sterile MilliQ until 1 L
