The center houses the Oxford Nanopore PromethION P24. Runs on this instrument are done on a custom basis only. Contaminants known to cause issues on the Nanopores so far include:  EDTA, ethanol, isopropanol, NaCl, guanidinium chloride, guanidinium isothiocyanate, and phenol.
