Preparing the plate

- First, plan your plate, then prepare your SYBR-primer mix, and dilute your DNA accordingly.
- An example for a planned plate: Usually three technical triplicates are used.
- NTC non template control. Allows detection of contamination of the PCR reagents. An NTC reaction contains all real-time PCR components except the template (DNA). Instead, put DDW water.
