- Plotting the cycle threshold (CT) values of the QPCRs performed on dilution series of DNA or yeast cells (106 to 1 CFU ml-1) against the log input cells ml-1
- CFU/ml – (Number of colonies*dilution factor) / volume of culture plate.
- Now, to calculate the yeast CFU/ml of your samples, input the CT value as the Y parameter and solve for X
