McClean: Yeast glycerol

Overview

Use this solution for freezing down yeast stocks.

Materials

1. Glycerol (Fisher BP229)
2. MiliQ Water

Procedure

Combine:

• 30ml glycerol

Add sterile H₂O to 100 ml total volume. Autoclave.
