2M Tris Base and 50nM EDTA

Materials

Tris Base

Glacial Acetic Acid

0.5M EDTA

Procedure

For 2L of Buffer:

Dissolve 484.4g Tris Base in around 1L of water

Add 114.2mL glacial acetic acid and 200mL 0.5M EDTA

Transfer solutions to graduated cylinders to volumize to 2L
