Formamide plates Prepped formamide plates for RUB101011 and RUB101012 Used leftover formamide mix from October 4 on the second half of RUB101012 Added 9 ul GS500 to each of three 1 mL tubes of formamide 19 ul formamide mix + 1 ul diluted PCR product Spun down plates and denatured them, then stored at 4 degrees C while waiting for sequencer batteries to be replaced.
