June 14th to June 18th Amanda: Focused primarily on primer design for membrane proteins. Pulled out parts from the registry. Tom: This week I largely focused on designing primers for fusion PCR of golB to PAL, IADA and LamB. Pulled out mCherry and OmpA-Lpp from the registry. Also looked into chemotaxis and riboswitches.
