9-16-15

  • Miniprep the ligations from 9/15. All the ligations seem successful as there was no growth on the negative plate but there was growth on the ligation plates.
  • Gel verified all the ligation mentioned above. The gel verification showed that the ligation was successful as all the expected bands were seen.
