Cloning gRNAs into pSPgRNA for dCas9-HT binding to luc gene

Sequencing results came back from DNASU. g025, g034, and g048 colonies all match the expected sequence. g031 colony does not, going to repeat transformation using the longer transformation protocol (described here).
