Transfection of K562 using KAH187-MV8, KAH126-MV2, KAH87-MV10

Overview Repeating last week's experiment with K562 and a working copy of the KAH87-MV10 plasmid. Transfection Setup See the Haynes Lab transfection protocol for details. One difference: final volume of antibiotic-free medium in each well is 2mL, not 4mL. All other values kept the same.
