Plasmid Maxiprep for KAH187-MV8 The Neon transfection system requires high concentration of vector (1-5 µg/µL), and the KAH187-MV8 plasmid is going to be used as a positive control for several planned experiments. To this end I intend to make a large quantity of plasmid so I can concentrate it sufficiently for the neon transfection system. Set up 200mL of LB-Amp in a 500mL Erlenmeyer flask. Inoculated with KAH187-MV8 (colony 2). Will harvest and perform plasmid maxiprep tomorrow.
