Overview All of the cultures that were expanded into T-25 flasks look mostly dead, with little cell adhesion save for a few scattered clumps. I may have to repeat with less aggressive expansion next time. Will keep an eye on the cultures regardless, and analyzing via flow cytometry when sufficient density is reached.
