Overview Pictures of the four cell cultures taken 24hr after transfection. All cultures were treated with three plasmids: two gRNA/Cas9 plasmids and the donor DBN007. g032/g044: g034/g044: g032/g048: g034/g048: Results Blue cells visible in all four cultures! Most of that is likely to be plasmid that has not integrated into the genome, but it's still very promising. Will expand the cells from the 6-well plate into individual T-25 flasks, then bring them to the FACSAria in Biodesign for analysis and sorting.
