02/9/2015 I picked colonies from the cells (in MS plate) that we transfected on Friday, February 6, and put them in liquid culture with LB and ampicillin. I made 4 liquid cultures, each with 2mL LB and 2μL ampicillin and one colony. I put the cultures in the shaker to let them shake overnight.
