12/04/2014 24 hours post transfection Checked the cells transfected with mCherry plasmids for expression. Didn't see any but could see a lot of lipid stuff on top. Carefully aspirated the media from each well using a 20ul pipette tip on the end of an aspirating pipette then gently added 1mL complete DMEM by slowly pipetting down the side of the well. Then checked for mCh expression again but still didn't see any and I still saw lipid stuff.
