TNA soft agar, 0.5% agar

Procedure

Make 500 ml of TNB (Gill:TNB (Tryptone Nutrient Broth)) in a 1 litre bottle or flask. Add 0.5 g agar to 5 small (200-250 ml) bottles and add 100 ml of the TNB to each bottle, then autoclave. Let bottles cool and tighten caps, store at room temp.
