Combining experimental data and affymetrix data
- Opened the affymetrix data
- Removed the header and the controls
- Opened the experimental data
- Removed the header and the controls and sorted it so that it would allign with the affymetrix data
- Pasted the two sets of data into one excel document so that they matched up
