A "Science 2.0" event around RailsConf Europe: Berlin, September.

This could take the form of an extended BOF, a BarCamp, a workshop or a mini-conference.

One idea I had was a short, half day workshop on scientific software and best practices. Would there be any interest? I'll draw up some example subjects and post them.
