This means that there is a significant effect of LPS on the Inflammotin protein between 0 mg and 10 mg in humans. By checking all the possible t-tests with the corrected p values, all the t-tests prove that there is a significant effect of LPS and dose. Experiment 2 The p value for experiment 2 is not statistically significant, as shown in the t-test and graph of the rat trials. This means there is not a significant effect of LPS on the Inflammotin protein between 0mg and 10mg in rats.
