Golden gate colonies
*1-4 did not grow
**Realized the Lux boxes were not correct. Ordered new ones
*5-6 grew >10 small colonies
**Picked two from each plate into 3mL LB+amp
*Positive control grew hundreds of medium sized colonies

Got some more K12s from Kylie to make competent cells. Picked more DH5αTs to make more competent cells
