Membrane Depolarisation Performed membrane depolarisation experiment on zhou's AMP Performed experiment on Ecoli, Pseudomonas Aeruginosa, Serratia and Candida. The first peak of depolarisation did not occur, instead the fluorescene emission increased exponentially without decreasing. After Gramicidin was added at 130 seconds, the fluorescence increased only slightly.
