Objective We got strange spectra on Friday. So I'm making new stock solutions today. I'm also using methanol to ensure that the MG goes into solution. Protocol: measure malachite green into eppendorf tube use transfer pipet to add methanol, using different pipet transfer MG/methanol to brown, 50 mL centrifuge tube repeat step 2 an extra 2 times to ensure transfer add water to eppendorf tube with MG/methanol and perform one last transfer add water to 50 mL centrifuge tube and measure final mass Description Add experimental record here.
