Wassup?

  • Finish RNA extraction for water and actigard sprayed potatoes
  • Meet with Amy at 10 for meeting
  • Meet with Aren & co for meeting
  • Sort Brazilian tubes and make plan for PCR tommorow (ask if there is refrigerated 96 well plate centrifuge that I can use).
  • Read review paper (recommended by George) about wheat take all decline by James Cook: https://www.apsnet.org/members/awards/RuthAllen/Pages/RJamesCook.aspx --> Excellent story about how plants can promote/select for beneficial rhizosphere microbes!
