The Daily Grind

  • Harvest all potato leaves for RNA and protein extraction/ snap freezing them in liquid nitrogen
  • Got John started on the taq production. Today he's just making Lb and sterilized tubes.
  • Gonna extract RNA from the potato leaves I harvested today, but only 2 each from the water and Actigard samples. Then making cDNA and comparing cDNA with RNAse treated cDNA to see if DNA contamination is an issue, or whether RNA contamination is...
